Spring Floral Workshop
Create a scented, half-moon dried flower wreath using refreshing eucalyptus, delicate mimosa, and a curated selection of naturally dried flowers and grasses. Your design will be crafted on a locally foraged, hand-woven vine or willow base, and can be finished with a hand-dyed silk ribbon for a beautifully soft, elegant touch. Your finished wreath will measure approx. 35-40cm.
All flowers and grasses have been naturally dried with no added colours or preservatives and, when kept dry, your wreath will last for many months.
You’ll be working with the joyful mimosa flower, whose bright yellow pom-poms symbolise sensitivity, tenderness, gentleness, and strength. As the official flower of International Women’s Day, mimosa is also closely associated with femininity and motherhood, making it especially meaningful for this workshop.
Guided by Lyndsay, the session will begin with a small-group demonstration, followed by one-to-one guidance as needed.
No experience is required — just come ready to create and enjoy the process. The event includes coffee and pastries on arrival, a two-hour workshop and two-course lunch with glass of house wine.
